Akashic Records Psychic Reading
The Akashic Records are often referenced as the energetic record of all that is, and sometimes as your Book of Life.
In Sanskrit, Akasha means “aether,” or the fifth element. As there is a consciousness to the Universe, this is where that consciousness can be tapped into in the sharing of information.
This is a specific type of dimensional channeled psychic reading where, with your permission, I go into your records and request information about your life, on your behalf.
ThetaHealing Session
ThetaHealing is an incredibly versatile healing tool - on an energetic level, there is little it can’t do.
Monica discovered ThetaHealing as a client in the early 2000s and received her first practitioner certification in 2009.
This healing modality places the client in a deeply receptive, meditative state wherein the ‘thinking mind’ can be slowed and bypassed, allowing the mind to come into congruence with the heart and body. Once the mind slows, other parts of the self can emerge.
Digging into subconscious and unconscious beliefs and trapped emotions, it’s possible to bring awareness to blind spots and stagnant, traumatized parts of our psyche so we can release what’s entrenched and invite new energy in.
In 2022, Monica completed her medical intuitive certification in ThetaHealing (Intuitive Anatomy and Disease and Disorder).

Recommendation: ThetaHealing is most effective when received as a series of sessions rather than as a one-time experience. We recommend starting with not less than a 3 package session and going from there.

Medical Intuitive Reading
The essence of energy medicine is to peel back the emotional and psychological roots of why we manifest dis-ease within the body.

Your body doesn’t lie. Discomfort in the body is its way of dialoging with you. How carefully are you listening?
Dis-ease in the body is rooted in stagnant, trapped patterns. Often these originate from a “shock” to the system, either a physical, emotional or psychological trauma that happened to us. These traumas keep us stuck in that place and time and then grow into our identity and self-concept - so we invite illness in by identifying with it. We believe it is us as a protective mechanism, when really it’s not us. Unless such traumas are processed and released, they can become held in patterns that manifest in physical imbalances, disease and disorder.

We can magnify this with your intentions and what you’re hoping to manifest, transmute, release and heal.
